The bathroom was the worst part: the toilet was disgusting, there was hair all over the bathtub, the cistern and shower head were broken, and there was dust everywhere. The building itself is badly run down, with a scary entrance and staircase, and the inner courtyard is propped up. On the plus side, it’s right in the center of Old Tbilisi, close to everything, with great prices and a fantastic breakfast. The man was very friendly and even saved a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He doesn’t speak English, so we got by with an online translator.

The owner was very nice and waited for us even though we arrived late. Breakfast was really good, and the place was peaceful and quiet. There’s a bathtub too. The price is reasonable, and the location in the Old Town is great, close to everything. I’d happily recommend it 🙂

The room was small, with no TV or chairs, and the furniture and towels looked about 20 years old. The whole place felt disgusting. You have to climb a horrible staircase that seems dangerous, only to end up in a Soviet-era building.

The house is falling apart, but the inside has been renovated. The owner is very nice, and it’s right in the heart of the old town.
