The central location sounds convenient, but I had a really unsettling stay. I arrived at 10:30 PM and found nobody there to help. The number listed on Booking never answered, even when I called for directions and later for help. Finding the place on Google Maps was confusing, and going out was a pain because I kept losing my way in the dark. Maybe that was just my experience, but I didn't enjoy it at all. Another guest from Ukraine scared me badly during the night, and I had to ask for help. There was no one available to assist, which felt very unsafe. I think it'll take me some time to get past what happened. There should be an emergency contact or some kind of assistance available.

For a low budget, it was fine. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean, and the beds were separate. The shared sink was okay.

It's a good option if you're after somewhere very cheap and central, though I wouldn't choose it in the hot summer months. The owners seem really nice, and we got the stay for a very low price. There was no air conditioning, and the shared bathrooms didn't seem very clean or work well, especially the showers. The basement kitchen was damp and smelled bad, so we didn't really want to hang out there. I also couldn't figure out what was included: the pictures showed common areas I couldn't find, and there were lovely photos of Georgian dishes, but I don't think meals were included.

A decent, clean place, and the owner is friendly and speaks English and French. Just a warning: the double room listed on Booking as having a private bathroom actually has a shared one that other guests use too.
