Hotel Kandelaki Tbilisi

I paid $60 a night and was extremely dissatisfied. The room was dirty, with dust and cobwebs everywhere, the wi-fi didn't work at all, and one administrator was very rude and unfriendly. There's no hotel signage at the address, and it only occupies the 8th floor, so finding it is difficult. Without a local phone number, you can't call for directions. Breakfast has to be requested the day before, with a time, and then it's brought to your room because there's no dedicated dining area. Mine was late and very poor: one egg, two slices of bread, a cup of some unclear juice, and one cucumber. There was no butter or salt. The hotel calls itself four-star, but I don't know how it got those stars. I moved to another hotel with one star less, and it was a thousand times better. I don't recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and a huge, clean restroom. All the receptionists were friendly. The veranda looks out over a nice street and nearby buildings, and I watched the New Year fireworks from there. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. Breakfast could use some improvement, but I'm definitely planning to stay here again.

I arrived at night and was able to check in, which was great news for me. The staff were smart and easy to talk to. The rooms have an unusual, really nice design. The hotel is on the 8th floor. The entrance is to the left of SOLO, by the door with the Avenue inscription. Thanks! 👍

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. The location is good, with everything you need nearby. The entrance is small and at the back of the building, and the lift is old and in bad condition. There's no soundproofing in the room, so people can hear your voice from the hotel door. It was good, just not what I expected.
