I keep coming back to this hotel in Tbilisi because it's near everything and the owner is so friendly and helpful. There's also a great bar right next door, one of the city's best.

Joni made the stay really comfortable and was such a caring host, unlike any I've met in the countries I've visited. The rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. It's a lovely place in an amazing part of Tbilisi, and I'll definitely return. ❤️

The rooms are on the small side, but they're very clean. It's a lovely new place in a perfect spot near freedom square. The owner was super friendly and helpful, even booking us a bath appointment and arranging a driver to Yerevan.

It's so convenient to get around Tbilisi from this city-centre spot, with good food and ATMs within walking distance. The owner is friendly, down to earth, and full of useful information, and always does his best to help. One of the best places I've stayed in Tbilisi!
