The staff are amazing and all speak English fluently. The hotel is beautiful, very cozy and has a homely feel. It's clean and quiet, and the WiFi works perfectly. I absolutely recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tbilisi. ๐

The bathroom was comfortable and great, and I loved looking out from my room at the streets. I stayed at the Piccolo casa bella for one night and got a perfect rest. I didn't have breakfast, but there are lots of cafes nearby. Not every staff member speaks English or Russian fluently, which is understandable. It helps to download Google Translate so you can put questions or requests into Georgian.

The staff weren't friendly, and the kitchen was a mess. Breakfast was included, but there wasn't any, so don't count on it. The room seemed clean at first glance, but there was lots of dust under the bed. The AC and fridge didn't work. When we told the manager, she freaked out and said we had broken them. Insane. Worst experience ever!

I spent a week here with friends and loved this hotel. It's a quiet, cosy little place, almost like a home, with just five rooms, and we had a relaxing, pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming, flexible, friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. Our room and bathroom were clean and modern. Breakfast was nice and filling, and we could use the kitchen to make coffee or tea. The WiFi was excellent too. It's on a very classy street, with quite a lot of places within walking distance. A great, unique stay. I'd recommend it for a calm, lovely break.
