Dona made us feel at home with her warmth, kindness, and dedication. She was always smiling and ready to help, and treated us like valued guests. The whole team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the hotel itself was charming and well kept. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh, tasty food, all prepared and presented with care. The location was beautiful and convenient, close to many Tbilisi attractions. Thanks to Dona and everyone at Qarvasla Hotel for a memorable stay. We look forward to coming back, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Lihi & Moti, Israel ๐ฎ๐ฑ

The music outside our room was the big problem. A corridor speaker played clearly into the room from 8 in the morning until 11, so sleeping in or turning in early without being disturbed wasn't really possible. I've never had a hotel play music right outside a guest room. Strange. The hotel itself was plush, with large rooms, good facilities, and a great atrium. Its central spot in the old town was excellent.

Renovated throughout, this is one of Tbilisi's oldest and most beautiful hotels. The rooms are spacious and have bathtubs, and there's an elegant breakfast hall as well as a pretty garden lounge for a glass of wine. The service deserves a perfect score. It's right in the heart of Tbilisi. ๐น

The team is the main reason I'll keep coming back. Everyone is professional and friendly, and they greeted me warmly each time I came or went. Donna, the Guest Relations Manager, is kind, always smiling, and makes you feel at home. Mariami brings so much positivity, and Leo, one of the bellhops, is a respectful, helpful young man. All three are lovely to talk with. The rooms and building are beautiful and immaculate. As a light sleeper, I worried about the central location, but outside noise never bothered me, and I slept really well. You're right in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to loads of attractions, restaurants, and cafes. I've relocated here after several visits to Georgia and have stayed at Qarvasla twice. It's where I'll come when I want to treat myself. It may be the perfect hotel in Tbilisi, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The check-in experience was so disrespectful that we cancelled our reservation and asked for a refund. After arriving late at night from another city, I asked Mr. Allen at the front desk for help getting an OTP so I could place an online food order. As an international guest, I showed him that my own number wouldn't work. He brushed me off, saying I could use my number, then said he'd only help if I paid him cash, even though I was paying for the food online. It was around 2:00 AM, and I was with a woman, which made things even more uncomfortable. Mr. Allen said he needed management's confirmation. I asked him to call, but he refused. When I asked for a management contact so I could call myself, he wouldn't provide one either. Instead of helping guests who'd just travelled a long way, he called security and acted as if we'd done something wrong. He even threatened to call the police. I said he should go ahead, and that I was willing to wait outside and explain. This could have been handled with basic courtesy and common sense. The problem wasn't just the OTP. It was the lack of hospitality, refusal to contact management, needless escalation, and rude treatment at check-in. This was shameful and unacceptable toward tourists and paying customers. Never again. International guests considering this hotel should be aware of the treatment they might receive on arrival.
