The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, which made me feel at home. There’s free drinking water whenever you want it and a kitchen for cooking, and the rooms were quite clean. But in Room 10 I got about 35 bed bug bites all over and took nearly a month to heal. I first thought they were mosquito bites, then realized they weren’t. After I changed rooms, everything was fine, and I think the other rooms are good.

Manager Christina and the Rio Hotel team made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, empathy, attention to detail, and quick responses made the stay memorable, and they went out of their way to make it special. I highly recommend Rio Hotel. Their commitment to good service showed throughout the hotel.

The room wasn’t clean, and there’s no elevator, so you have to climb about 20 steps. The reception staff were polite and helpful, but I don’t recommend staying here.
