The rooms and breakfast were great, and the people running the place were genuinely kind and helpful. It's only a two-minute walk to the old city and sulfur baths, with the rest of what you need within walking distance too. Still, it's far enough away to stay quiet at night. Definitely a top option.

We liked relaxing in the courtyard after breakfast. The dining room is beautifully done, and breakfast was tasty with something different each day. This boutique hotel has a warm, family-like feel, with lovely, helpful staff and very clean, roomy rooms. Many sights in the old city center are easy to reach on foot. If you're coming by car, there’s nearby parking for 10 lari.

The staff were great, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We asked for halal food without pork lards or wine when we arrived, and they prepared dairy and vegan options for us. Our room was spacious, clean, and tidy too. The hotel is in the center of the attractions in old Tbilisi, with famous tourist spots around 200-300 meters away on foot.

We'd highly recommend staying here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and really spacious, and breakfast is good. It's also in a great spot, just 50m from the thermal spas and old Tiblisi town.
