Hotel Ibis Styles Old Tbilisi

We spent 10 nights here in family room N212, and I really enjoyed the holiday. The location is in the heart of the old part of the city, quiet and away from the rush but still close to the main sights. Our room was cozy and clean, with new furniture and plumbing. There was a good selection of local wines, and the sommeliers knew their stuff. Hotel guests also get a special 20% discount. Everyone we encountered was attentive, friendly, and ready to help, from reception and housekeeping to the wine shop, cafe, and wine bar. Thanks to the whole team.

The room was carefully arranged, and the hotel's atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. The service was caring from the start, and I felt welcome, valued, and comfortable throughout. It was a memorable stay. Thanks for that, and I hope to return soon.

The room, cleanliness, style, and location were all very good, and I was happy with my stay until I noticed after leaving that I'd left my charger plugged in. I've messaged twice with no reply and called as well. I'm still waiting for them to check with the cleaning staff. If they find it, I'd gladly come by to pick it up. It isn't extremely expensive, but it cost about half the price of my stay, so waiting days without clear communication is unpleasant.

The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and slow, so I kept having to switch to my own data. We also had four power outages during our four-night stay in three rooms. When I arrived in room 111, the toilet was dirty, with tissue and pee in it. The front desk host never apologized when I asked to change rooms. There was no AC or heating at all. I called the front desk to ask them to turn on the AC, and the host said she would ask her colleagues to do it soon, but nobody did. Marie at the front desk was the worst host I've ever spoken with. She wasn't helpful and had a really bad attitude when I reported these problems and asked for help from hotel management.
