Reception staff were friendly and let us check out two hours late. The hotel has a nice modern design, and the bathroom's large mirror was great. The room met expectations, though it was very small. Getting to nearby shops and restaurants meant walking up a steep hill and then back down, which wasn't ideal. We'd read that staff spoke Russian, but in our experience they spoke only English. For the price, there are probably better-value places nearby, and we likely wouldn't stay again.

All the staff were kind and helpful, and gave us the information we needed. The hotel is new and modern, about 10 minutes by car from the city center. Breakfast was good, though there weren't many vegan choices. When we asked, a staff member promptly offered us non-dairy milk. The distance from the center wasn't a problem because a Bolt ride gets you there for just 1,5-2 euros. We had a great stay.

I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't assess the room or service. The location was awful for me. I tried to walk there beforehand but gave up, and access on foot or by public transport didn't seem good. So I changed my reservation.

The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything listed on their Booking.com profile. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, especially Luka at reception. It's great value for the price, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk up stairs from the main sights, cafes, and restaurants in the heart of Tbilisi. Highly recommended for a visit.
