Jeji's house

The bed was comfortable, and the location was fairly central. But our one-night stay left me wondering where the boutique feel was. We booked at the last minute and were put on the ground floor behind reception, with some trash at the end of the corridor. Maybe that explains the room we got. The hotel is white everywhere, even the lights, but the walls were dirty and our curtains had strange stains. The toilet badly needed renovation. Breakfast was plentiful, though the quality was very average, and the staff member looking after it kept watching and following everything we did. It made me uncomfortable. They call it a four-star hotel, but from my experience it felt like two stars at most, or three because of the breakfast.

The neighborhood is a big part of why we keep coming back. The hotel is in the old part of Tbilisi, close to attractions, parks, restaurants, and national sights, but set back from the street so it's quiet at night. That's especially good when you're traveling with little kids who need to sleep. My family and I often stay here when we visit beautiful Tbilisi. The rooms are neat, clean, bright, and well equipped, with soft beds. What stands out most is the staff. We travel all over the world, and their Georgian hospitality is unmatched in our experience. They happily helped with our questions and requests, and shared recommendations and directions that are especially useful for first-time visitors. We always have a lovely stay, and we'll keep coming back and recommending it to others.

A large house construction site right beside the hotel meant constant loud noise. The breakfasts were worse than what I've seen the Salvation Army serve homeless people at a train station. The rooms were ugly, uncomfortable, and old as my grandmother's furniture. We even got stuck in the elevator on our first evening. They call this a four-star hotel, but to me it was two stars at best. Things were so bad I left two days earlier than planned. They initially said they'd refund the remaining two nights, but the money disappeared and never came back.

The location made it easy to explore, while the hotel itself felt like a little hidden gem where I could properly relax. From the minute I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel more like family than a guest. That kind of heartfelt hospitality is rare. My stay at The One Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi was a joy and went beyond all my expectations. I can't wait to return! ✌️😇
