Unreliable!! We booked through Booking.com three months ahead for four people and two nights. Less than 24 hours before arrival, while we were already on our way to Tbilisi, she messaged us on WhatsApp asking us to cancel. We said no, and she then became very unfriendly. We were left without a place to stay and filed a claim with Booking.com to try to get a full refund.
