The city at night looks splendid from up here, and seeing all the New Year's fireworks at once was a cherished experience for my family and me in Georgia. I booked the hotel for my sister's honeymoon, and they kindly gave us their best room at no extra charge. There was gas maintenance in the area, so hot water wasn't available then, but they provided a personal heater for the room and a late check-out. We were very grateful.

I could hear the neighbors, there was a horrible smell from the powder, and the administration wouldn't answer calls! The road light was really bright!

The hilltop location is quiet, with the city spread out below and a great view, especially at night. Rooms are fairly spacious, and every one has a balcony. The premium rooms have huge balconies. It was very clean, nearly everything was as it should be, and the staff were friendly, spoke English, welcomed us warmly, and were helpful. Breakfast was okay, and the price was reasonable. The hot water system needs maintenance because it cuts out sometimes.

The view was nice, but missing amenities took away from it. This hotel has the potential to be something grand, yet our stay was very sub-par. We booked suites, but they lacked a lot of what you'd expect from suites: no carpets on the floor despite the below-zero weather, and the paper-thin slippers were no help. There wasn't a single mirror on any wall, and the 28-inch TV seemed astonishingly small for a suite. The location is also quite far from the center. I was dissatisfied.

It's a new three-star hotel on the outskirts of Tbilisi, around a 20-minute drive from the city center. The balconies have a nice view over the city, and the breakfast buffet has a good range of choices, including smoked salmon. Room rates are pretty reasonable. I'd highly recommend it for a romantic weekend away.
