We stayed at Liva Hotel for four days and felt comfortable and well looked after throughout. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with regular housekeeping. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Its location was convenient too, with nearby attractions and transport easy to reach. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay, and I'd happily return and recommend Liva Hotel to anyone visiting Georgia.

The view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral is amazing, and that's why I gave it three stars. The staff are nice, and breakfast was okay, with some new items added on our last day. Still, two stars would be more appropriate at best: the rooms are small, housekeeping is terrible and seems to mean only changing the towels, and the walls are thin. The nightly prices feel high. We stayed four nights and might visit again, but I wouldn't have high hopes.

The whole team made me feel at home, and I’m so grateful for their warm, lively hospitality. My stay at Liva Hotel was wonderful, and the view from my room and terrace was priceless. The service was prompt, and they were always ready to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Stas from the front office team, he's a gem and a hero ❤️. The chef makes the best traditional breakfast in town, and Manager Sergi was a great host. I loved my comfortable stay and will miss everyone. I’d love to come back and experience their hospitality again. See you soon!

The room sizes are a little small, but the location and view made that easy to overlook. We stayed at Liva hotel for five days, with a view of one of Georgia's biggest churches. Breakfast was good, with plenty of egg options, and the very humble cook made something special for us. One receptionist was quite rude, but all the other staff were very polite.

The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through check-out, and my spotless, cozy room had a great view. Cafes, shops, and the main attractions were all within walking distance. The hotel's location is hard to beat, right in the middle of the city across from the beautiful cathedral. I absolutely loved my stay; it honestly felt like home. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
