The best stay of our trip over the summer. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was abundant, but Mariam was the real highlight. She made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family, showing such warm Georgian hospitality. We arrived extremely early in the morning, the day after we were supposed to arrive, and she still took great care of us. If I'm ever in Tbilisi again, I'll book here without looking anywhere else.

Marine helped me sort out a room at the guesthouse even though I’d accidentally booked October instead of the July I meant to. She was warm and accommodating, and always around with advice or help. The room was modern and clean, with its own bathroom and air conditioning. It’s right in the center, near the sights, and breakfast is generous. Laundry facilities are available too. I’d definitely return.

I had breakfast there today with two Spanish friends. Mariam, the owner, was the loveliest, most welcoming and caring person I’ve ever met at a hotel.

The staff were a real highlight, so friendly and kind. They even accommodated me when my flight was delayed. The hotel is in the middle of Tbilisi, close to all the main sights, and has a warm, cozy feel. It was spotless, too. Breakfast each morning was generous, with a different main dish every day. I loved staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
