The ground-floor luggage scale was a handy bonus before departure. We also had a minor issue with the socket, but the room was clean, well organized, and really good. Stores, bars, and restaurants are close by, making the location perfect if you want to explore after a day tour. The cafeteria staff were especially friendly, and the food was good. A little more variety would be nice, perhaps by rotating the menu every two or three days. Reception staff were helpful too, though a warmer greeting and smile when guests arrive or leave would improve things. Sometimes we hesitated to say hello because we weren’t sure how it would be received. Still, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend the place. We hope to return!

The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the rooms looked good and were clean. The location was great, too. But sitting on the toilet was a struggle because the seat felt broken. We also had no water for 1/2 hours one afternoon while staff said they were repairing something in the garden, and the AC in our room didn't work.

The location across from The Liberty Square made getting around easy, with supermarkets, the metro, buses, and restaurants all close by. Breakfast had an amazing spread, and I was glad we chose this hotel after checking out several others. We were three adults in a family room, which was spacious, with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. Thatha at reception was wonderful, though I'm not sure I have her name spelled right. We stayed in room 201, and while it wasn't completely noise proof, that didn't bother us. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were all friendly. It's right in the center, so getting around is easy. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a holiday in Tbilisi.
