The owners, Nikoloz and Mia, were friendly and helpful, and they let us leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out so we could keep exploring Tbilisi before our late-night flight. We appreciated their effort and all the tips they shared. It was a lovely home-away-from-home, with a very central location and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We could use the TV, fridge, stove, washing machine, kitchen equipment, and dining table. The balcony also had lovely city views at night. We'd definitely recommend the place to friends and colleagues.

Mia, the hotel's owner, is a very hospitable host and was always glad to help with anything I asked. She also did a great job arranging a taxi for me each day on my business trip. The location is excellent, breakfast was very tasty, and there are local supermarkets open 24 hours where you can find everything you need. I had a memorable stay at Mia B&B hotel.

The Aparthotel is in a good central spot, with cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies all within walking distance. The bus stop for downtown is right across from the building. Inside, the apartments are nicely furnished and newly refurbished. Highly recommend.

I felt so looked after at this warm, friendly family hotel. It's a lovely place if you enjoy meeting interesting people from all over the world over breakfast. The balcony has nice city views, the food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Mia and Nikoloz manage the business really effectively. It's right in the center, but still quiet enough to sleep well. I had lots of lovely conversations with the owners and other people working and staying at this popular Tbilisi hotel. My expectations were exceeded, and I honestly hope to come back one day.

Mia B & B is right in the city center, and we had a wonderful time in Tbilisi, Georgia. We were warmly welcomed, and Mia is an amazing person who cooks delicious food. The place has great facilities available 24/7, including Wi-Fi, hot water, AC, room service, and breakfast. I'd love to go back to Mia B&B. It's a wonderful place to stay, without a doubt.
