The main thing I wondered about was security: they send guests a picture of a poster with the lock codes, and I’m not sure whether those codes ever get changed. Otherwise, no complaints, and I really enjoyed my stay. It’s right in the old town, and the fresh renovation made everything feel clean and charming.

The room had a bathtub in the living area, which made for a cosy, relaxing break after a long trip. Check-in was easy with the access codes, and the hotel staff were friendly and available whenever we had questions or needed help. It’s right in the heart of Old Tbilisi. We’ll definitely stay again.

The place is just an apartment with five rooms, not a hotel, and the rooms fell short of what I expected. The bathroom smelled, there was no room service or concierge, and no one around to help. The location was a nightmare: taxi drivers got annoyed when we showed them the drop-off point, and the surrounding streets felt dingy. I wouldn’t venture out late at night. I also don’t know if it’s safe for women travelling, since the doors use digital password locks that almost anyone might be able to access.

The room was neat and thoroughly cleaned every day, and the cleaning lady was very polite. Please pass along our thanks to her. Communication was good from the start, with all the check-in details explained. The location worked well for tourist attractions, and the stop for airport bus 337 is very close. We had a great stay during our visit to Tbilisi, so thanks again.

The location is amazing, and the host was extremely helpful. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout. The rooms were excellent and the service was good. I’d absolutely visit again.
