I booked based on the Booking.com ranking before arriving in Tblisi, but the service was extremely poor. There’s no elevator, just very steep stairs, and nobody helped with our luggage or showed us to the room. At reception we got a key after registering. The room itself was okay, but there was no water or anything else like a toothbrush. Breakfast was limited and below normal. Apart from the girl at reception, the staff were rude. When I asked for napkins, one woman shouted that this wasn’t a supermarket where she had to provide those things. After being treated so disrespectfully, I checked out straight away and went to another hotel. I don’t know how they got that ranking, or whether the management has changed, but I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The balcony had a nice view, and the hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was the one weak point.
