Friendly people, a clean apartment, and a fair price.

We only scratched the surface of Tbilisi, seeing nowhere near a tenth of it, so we’ll definitely return. The house is in a really handy spot, with beautiful doors and a cozy little street that makes you want to wander. It feels like Georgia’s charm starts right there. The hostess brought out a lovely breakfast each morning, enough to keep us going while we explored all day. We’d recommend staying here.

Everything was clean and the appliances worked properly. The house itself is beautiful and in great condition. It’s right in the center, but set a little away from the main tourist spots, so it stays quiet and comfortable.

Irma, the owner, is a wonderful woman, and I’d definitely recommend her house in picturesque Old Tbilisi. It has two floors, with three bedrooms and three balconies upstairs. There’s a bathroom with a shower on each floor. Downstairs, the living room is spacious and opens into the kitchen, and the basement has a fireplace for barbecue. The sleeping setup is one double bed and one single in the first bedroom, a double in the second, and three singles in the third. There’s also a sofa downstairs, with the option to add a folding bed. The house includes a washing machine, hair dryer, and microwave.
