I'd give this less than one star if I could. The place is filthy and stinks of mold as soon as you walk in. The smell is so strong it could make you cough. I left right after arriving and would rather have waited on the street for a couple of hours while finding somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it to children or adults, even if it were free. The reality is worse than I can explain.

The owner was friendly and nice, and it's close to Freedom Square Georgia. It's a good spot for solo travel, though the full room I booked was really small.

We only spent a few hours there before an early flight. The bathroom was clean, but it's outside the room and shared with the owner and other guests. The room itself felt old and a bit worn, with uncomfortable mattresses, clean sheets, and a frosted glass door that had no key. The hostel is in a quiet, pleasant central part of Tbilisi. Since it's the owner's home, hotel-level comfort isn't something to expect. Everything was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it, though the shared rooms might be better.

Freedom Square is only about 5-10 minutes away, and the owner is very friendly. He even spoke German. I slept very well, despite the single room being quite small. There's good storage space and clothes hooks, and the price feels like good value.
