The apartment has clean, spacious rooms, a large living room, and a kitchen, with a stunning view over the capital. It's quiet despite being close to the busy city. The owner makes a huge, tasty Georgian-style breakfast herself. The old neighborhood is a bit dirty, but seemed safe, and we had no trouble during our two days there with family. Buses run often from a stop about 300 meters away, and small shops of all kinds are around 200 meters away. There's no parking, so you can't get to the house with your own car. If you're comfortable walking a bit and don't need a hotel, it's a good place to start and end your days in Tbilisi.

The hostess and the breakfasts were great. The place could have been a bit brighter and cleaner, but overall it was good.
