We were upgraded to a balcony room at check-in at no extra cost, and the view from it was amazing. The Old city boutique was also ideally placed for getting around, with step-free access into the city, a short walk downhill to the centre, and shops and places to eat less than five minutes away. Breakfast was a lovely extra each morning, with lots of hot and cold choices and delicious coffee. Dodo brought out warm, fresh honey cake and sat chatting with us, which was so nice. We stayed for a week, and the room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. They also gave us extra pillows and a duvet. There was AC and heating, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, and shampoo were all provided. The staff were lovely, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. I’m really sad to leave. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, and we’d absolutely recommend it and book again if we come back to Tbilisi. 10/10 and 5 stars from us. Thanks so much to everyone who works there!

The staff and service were very nice, and breakfast was excellent. Our fifth-floor room had a marvelous city view, and it was quite spacious, with clean bedding. The boutique hotel is in the old city of Tblisi, though a bit far from the main city. Restaurants and department stores are at least a 10-minute uphill walk away. We stayed in two rooms, and both bathrooms had the same plumbing problem.

There are several good restaurants within a 10-minute walk, and the hotel itself was great. The room was fairly small, but for the price it was excellent value. The service was great too.

The shower didn’t work for the first few days, the room wasn’t cleaned, and the breakfast was terrible. My room was 30 CK from reception, and the guy there talked on his cell phone all night. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even if another hotel costs more, I’d book somewhere else. I had to leave and lose the money I’d paid because they wouldn’t refund me. Booking.com didn’t resolve it either, they just kept passing the buck. I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s a horrible place, not a hotel or guesthouse.

We stayed August 9-10, 2025, and had a really pleasant time. Georgie and Lucas were especially friendly and attentive, and they quickly took care of any concerns. The hotel was modern, spacious, and very clean. It had a handy coffee and water corner, plus all the toiletries we needed. They made the stay extra comfortable.
