The flat manager responds quickly on WhatsApp, and the apartment is spacious, though it has just one toilet. Flat 139 is well placed for Avlabari metro, supermarkets and buses, with Rike Park, bridge of Peace, the cable car and narikala fortress nearby. I’d recommend it to anyone who prefers a furnished flat to a hotel. Getting into the building and the flat takes a bit of coordination with the real estate manager. The lift stops either one floor above or below, so you still have stairs to manage. Bring 10 or 20 tetri coins to use it.

The room itself was cozy and nice, but a few things made the stay with my family really unpleasant. We were there for four nights. One night the power was out for the whole night and only came back at 5am. The night before, maintenance meant there was no water for up to five hours.

We stayed four nights between Christmas and New Year in this clean, very nice two-bedroom apartment. The owner was friendly and attentive. It’s right by the metro and bus terminal in the centre of old Tiblisi. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely five days here as a family of five. The owner was attentive and everything was spotless. The location made getting around easy: Georgia metro is right next door, and the city centre is a five-minute walk away. Nearby markets, restaurants and currency exchange offices were handy too. Before arriving, we messaged the homeowner and got all the information we needed. We bought a 24-hour transit pass for 5 Lari, then topped it up for 3 Lari every 24 hours. We could get off wherever we liked and explore, and riding the train stop by stop helped us discover the area. Great value for the price. I recommend it.
