Nothing major to complain about here. The internet was good, the bathrooms were comfortable, and the beds were large and comfy. The rooms themselves were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the weak spot, with little choice, even though it seemed fresh. Georgia has so much good food that I'd skip the hotel breakfast and eat out instead. The hotel is fine overall.

The mattress was very comfortable, and the bed itself was a proper king size, but the sheets were too small for it. If you move around in your sleep, that gets annoying. There was also an unpleasant bathroom smell, possibly related to rain, since the sewage system in older parts of Tbilisi is known to have problems. The room initially seemed like a great deal: it was spacious, in a new and modern hotel, had a nice view, and cost very little. After that, the problems became clear. The central air conditioning was noisy, and the WiFi was the slowest I've encountered in years of spending over 100 days a year in hotels across dozens of countries. It seemed like the whole hotel shared one connection without boosters. I'm an online trader and couldn't do basic things in my apps. I couldn't even buy a flight ticket because the connection was too weak to load the secure payment page. Breakfast is included with every booking, but it needs work. If they get custom cotton sheets and improve the WiFi, I'd come back. The price is reasonable.

I was there in December 2925 and got really good service. The staff were excellent, the rooms were nice and big, and breakfast was great. Everything was clean. I'm definitely going back and would recommend it.

The location made things easy, with everything we needed close by, and the view from our room was nice. I stayed four days with my family. The reception team was helpful at check-in, while the room and air conditioning were just okay, neither great nor terrible. Noise was the main downside. Around 11 PM on the first night, I woke up to loud thuds from upstairs, like someone running or dropping things. The AC also made odd noises for a few seconds now and then. There were children yelling outside around 10 AM too, but I'm not complaining, they're just kids 😂. If you can live with some noise, it could work for the value.
