The staff made this stay special. Samira at the front desk welcomed me with a real smile and was always glad to help with recommendations. Inna went out of her way to make sure things were right, Alexandra kept checking that I was comfortable, and Akaki was friendly and helpful throughout. The team made me feel cared for, almost like family, and the warm atmosphere made the trip more memorable. Orden Hotel Tbilisi was cozy and stylish, with lovely touches that fit Tbilisi's charm. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had what I needed to relax. You can tell they put care into the place. I enjoyed it so much that I genuinely didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend Orden Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. It feels like home ๐

The garden was the first thing that won me over, a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. I stayed at Orden Hotel two weeks ago, and also really enjoyed the cafรฉ, where the food and coffee were delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The people are what set the hotel apart. Everyone, from housekeeping to reception, was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their attention to detail and concern for guests' comfort felt like real hospitality. It's a distinctive place run by extraordinary people, and a great example of a high-level hotel. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

My family and I had a great stay at Orden Hotel. The team's help and support really stood out, especially when we were dealing with a difficult situation. Their care and professionalism made the visit more enjoyable. The hotel is modern, very clean, and in a perfect location, with comfort and cleanliness clearly a priority. Highly recommend!

We spent three nights here. It's a new hotel with big, good rooms and an excellent location. The breakfast could be better, though. The administrator was lovely and worked to solve problems. Thanks for everything, see you next time.

The service apartment gives you full use of a kitchen, which was a big plus. Our rooms were very clean, and breakfast was tasty with everything fresh, though there weren't many choices. The place is right beside Holy trinity church, just a one-minute walk away. We enjoyed walking in its vast garden most mornings and evenings during our stay. Highly recommend it.
