The host was so warm and welcoming, and self check-in was really handy since I arrived at night. My room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The large terrace has a beautiful view of the TV tower.

We had a wonderful time in Georgia. This is a self check-in place, so don't expect typical hotel service. It's a very independent setup, but a wonderful experience. Kudos to Ludmila, who was extremely helpful and very warm when she welcomed us.

Right in the city center, with a perfect location for families. The rooms are spacious, nicely designed, and very clean, with a big bathroom and a nice view. For me, it's one of the best places in Tbilisi. Highly recommend it for families.

The balcony looks out toward the funecular, and the bathroom has floor heating. Everything was high quality and just right. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfy for a good night's sleep.
