The staff member at reception spoke English well, and the hotel was clean, warm, and hygienic, with working hot water. I called lots of hotels around 1 a.m. after my Delhi-Tbilisi flight, but most didn’t answer. This was the only one that could take me at a reasonable price. There’s a shared kitchen and plenty of mini-markets within walking distance. My train to Batumi wasn’t until 5 p.m. the next day, and being able to use the kitchen after checkout helped me a lot. Thank you.

The receptionist was very rude and impolite. The reception and corridors were dirty, and both my room and my sister’s smelled of urine. We visited in August, and there was no air conditioning anywhere in the reception areas.

We could walk to the tourist attractions in no time, and there was a parking spot around the corner from the hotel. We stayed over New Year’s, and my room was cozy with heating that kept me warm, even though I’m always cold. There’s an elevator. The hotel is inside a fancy restaurant, which wasn’t busy while we were there, probably because of the timing of our visit. Highly recommended.

We were really happy with the service. It’s a small hotel, but lovely and homey, with wonderful staff and amazing food. We can’t wait to book another stay in the near future.

The staff were mostly friendly, and the room size was fair. It was fairly clean, though there’s room to do more. The hotel is being renovated, and workers were on the job while I was there, leaving hazardous materials and equipment along the way to my room. Breakfast was very basic. They could at least serve decent real coffee instead of Nescafe. The location is nice, in an area where you can see Georgian life, and about 30 minutes from the airport.
