Reed Tbilisi Hotel

The staff were friendly and the rooms tidy, but we didn’t feel comfortable during our stay. The hotel occupies just the top two floors of an old, 14-floor residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a proper hotel. Getting in is inconvenient, and at night the place feels uncomfortable. The location is far and not good, and breakfast was very poor with no options.

The view from the apartment across all tbilisi was amazing, and the staff were so pleasant. In the middle of the night, they even offered to bring my wolt delivery up to my room. The beautiful rooms had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and shower. I came with my husband and our two adult boys, and got more value than the money at Reed hotel. I’ll definitely come back.

The rooftop garden restaurant and bar were closed in the evenings during our stay. We only learned when we asked that they open in spring and summer, though the website and booking details hadn't mentioned that. We also found the minibar empty and had to get our own drinks. The room above us was noisy, with kids running around; staff spoke to them several times, but it continued. On the good side, the reception staff were kind and helpful, room service did a really good job, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with fresh, good-quality food. The hotel occupies the 13th and 14th floors of a building. It's a perfectly ordinary place to stay, without anything especially distinctive.

The balcony view was breathtaking, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. My room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful that I felt welcome throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time here and would gladly return.
