Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel

We made good use of the pool, which is long enough for laps, around 3m wide and 10-12m long, with a depth of 1.6-1.8m. It stays open late. There's also a compact but well-equipped gym, and staff can switch on the sauna if you give them 30 minutes' notice. We spent a week here and found the location hard to beat, beside Parliament and within walking distance of Old Town and lots of restaurants. Galleria mall and its large supermarket are close by, as are smaller shops that stay open until midnight. The staff were warm and accommodating, and breakfast from 8:00 to 12:00 had plenty of choice, including tasty omelettes, Eggs Benedict, and Eggs Royal made to order. A great stay, with kind staff and useful facilities.

We had a really good stay. The hotel was very clean, and the pool is big enough to swim a few lanes. Customer service was wonderful too. We needed to change a booking for personal reasons, and the manager was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much. We're looking forward to staying again soon.

The seasonal switch between air conditioning and heating is useful to know about: the hotel generally runs AC until September, then changes over to heating. It may be worth checking ahead if you have a preference. We had no trouble with it, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. Our two nights at Shota Rustaveli Hotel were especially restful. The beds and pillows were some of the best we've had, and the rooms were notably spacious compared with others nearby. Ours was nicely designed and had everything we needed, including a large bathtub. We also enjoyed the pool, sauna, and breakfast. For special occasions, they leave thoughtful goodies. Ms. Lily at reception was a huge help at check-in and throughout our visit, and Mr. Edward was professional and supportive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and promptly replaced used amenities. The comfort, facilities, and service exceeded our expectations. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The service was so friendly, and the price felt very fair. My room was clean and decorated nicely, with a roomy, clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good too. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while, and I'd come back next time I'm in Tbilisi.
