Sisno Hotel

The room had the basics we needed for a short stay, and the breakfast was very simple with few food options, which was tolerable. What disappointed us most was having to pay for every bit of drinking water. They didn't provide any free water, not even once a day. Apart from the woman serving in the dining room, the other two staff members weren't supportive or understanding and seemed focused on money. The hotel is in a remote spot, with no restaurants or shops easily accessible. We were thoroughly disappointed with our choice for a short stay in old Tbilisi, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere.

The family who run the hotel were very kind, and wouldn't accept the extra money I tried to leave as a tip, including the colleague who helped with my luggage. I've travelled every month and written lots of hotel reviews, but never one this positive. If I return to Tiflis, I won't choose another hotel. The breakfast was delicious every morning, the rooms were very clean, and the bedclothes were extremely white. The bathroom water was nice and warm. The location was close to many places, including the public service hall, galleria, aghmashenebely ave., peace bridge, and rustaveli ave. We could walk there, and a taxi cost just a few cents. During Corona time, I also thought it was very good that they checked everyone's fever each time they entered, even if they had only stepped out for a minute. The staff were the best I'd ever seen. Sisno hotel is really TOP Hotel!

On trips through more than 40 countries, this was the worst hotel I've ever booked. It felt like a scam: the property was about 85% different from what they claimed on booking. At least the rooms had beds.

We arrived from the airport and were told by the guy that the room had been overbooked, leaving us in a bad situation. The hotel was hard to find and didn't even have a sign with its name on it. Don't take that risk!
