The owner is friendly and the other people staying there are generally relaxed. The rooms are roomy, with plenty of space, and there are lockers. There’s one bathroom plus a separate toilet, but I never had to wait. It was a little cold on the first night until we got a radiator going, then it warmed up. It’s also cheap and very central. With so many Tbilisi hostels being overpriced or having fake reviews and turning out badly, I’d recommend this place.

The people were good and the atmosphere was nice, but my first hostel stay was a bad one. I was there last Christmas, and every night someone made strange noises, so I couldn’t sleep. It’s an ordinary hostel.

The price is too high for this little hostel. Still, it’s clean enough, the location and beds are good, and the people are friendly. The double room was excellent, at least when I stayed there.

People come from all over and tend to stick around because the place has a comfortable, lived-in feel, with a really relaxed crowd. It’s like a tiny UN, plus there’s free coffee and tea. They even have a washing machine you can use for free, something I haven’t found elsewhere in Tbilisi. A great base for trekking the Transcaucasus Trail.

The hostel is in a nice location and has a welcoming, homey feel. It wasn’t very clean, though, and the place needs some maintenance or someone to check on it from time to time. I only met the host once, when he was a bit sick, but he seemed like a good man and was helpful.
