Super Luxury Apartments

The paintwork was only half done, the air conditioning was poor, and the hotel was terrible. The thumbnail is fake, so don't trust it. The elevator was in awful condition, crackling and rumbling as it moved, and had no sensor. We left as soon as we saw the room, even though we'd paid the full amount online in advance, 2500 Gel. They didn't refund us, so we lost our money. We felt cheated, and I hope nobody else gets caught the same way.

I should've checked the Google reviews before booking. The place was terrible and nothing like the listing, just a renovated apartment in a very old building. Stay away. If you cancel your reservation, they don't refund you.

From the outside, the very old building made me worry I'd been scammed, and it didn't look super luxurious at all. But inside, the apartment was actually good. The faucet and toilet were either Hansgrohe or Grohe. It's a simple, clean studio, just not especially luxurious. The girls at reception were warm.

The rooms were tiny and dirty for what they cost, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The staff were rude and lied. Breakfast was included in the price I paid, but it never arrived. When I asked about it, they rudely refused to give me anything, and they also wouldn't return my money.
