The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is new, clean, nicely designed, and well equipped. Staff were friendly, though their English was limited. It's easy to get there by local bus or taxi, and the location worked well for me. I'd most likely stay here again if I return.
We had a reservation and had sent a special request saying we'd arrive after midnight, but when we got there at 3 a.m. with a baby, the man said we couldn't stay. He showed us no respect. This was the most disgusting and creepy place imaginable. I don't recommend it at all. I'd give it 0/10, or less if I could!
The place was neat and clean, but it felt more like a service apartment than a hotel, with no parking and no reception. Staff weren't friendly and kept asking us to pay even after we showed them receipts from our local agent. Eventually they called the police to remove us. The police saw our payment voucher, didn't trouble us, and sorted it out directly with the agent. Our agent arranged a better hotel that same day, and we moved out. Not recommended.
The host was very polite, and communication was good. Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the rooms were clean.
It's okay, but farther from the center than we'd have liked. Language barriers also mean the staff can't help much.
