The host was friendly, and service was very good. Everything was simple but clean, and the space upstairs was tall, open, and nicely decorated in a vintage style. The sleeping boxes are proper capsules, which may not suit everyone, but I slept well, perhaps because there wasn't any real light to disturb me. The hostel is near Majanshivilli place, where busy tourist spots meet a local feel. Finding it takes some effort: go through the backyard, locate the entrance, then climb the stairs to the second floor. At that point you might wonder if choosing Velosipedi Capsule Hostel was a mistake. They were just starting their first season, so don't expect everything to be perfect yet, but I think it'll become a good place to stay while visiting Tiflis.

We'd definitely come back! velosipedi is clean, and the staff are welcoming, polite, and helpful. It's in an excellent spot, close to the metro and nightlife, and a great choice for a stay in Tbilisi.

The breakfast is worth trying, the owner spent two years working as a chef in Italy. He’s clearly put thought into the hostel, too. It’s a really good place, right in the center and only a couple of minutes from the metro.
