We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip in Georgia, then one more at the end. The rooms were bright and clean, and so was the bathroom. It's a quiet, convenient spot, a short walk from the old city and just a couple of minutes from the metro. The hostess was very helpful. We can definitely recommend this guesthouse.
A small family-run place in the city center, with cozy rooms, private bathrooms, and a little shared kitchen. The hosts are really nice.

The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms constantly smell of sewage, and we were told to switch off the bathroom fan. The host was rude and unprofessional, and I've never been treated so badly anywhere else in Georgia or around the world. Another guest was also kicked out despite having paid in advance because the guesthouse was overbooked.
We stayed for about a week in 2018. The apartments were decent and always clean. Tamara is a wonderful, incredibly hospitable woman who helped us with all our questions and problems in Tbilisi. I'd recommend staying here.
