We felt at home there, especially in the evenings when we’d sit in the kitchen singing and laughing together. The breakfasts were amazing, the dogs adorable, and the location made it easy to walk around the center. It was our first visit to Tbilisi, and the owner made the stay feel like being with family from the start. We arrived around 4 AM, and check-in was easy and stress-free. We’d booked for five, then one more friend joined at the last minute, and he told us not to worry. He was one of the warmest, most caring people we’ve met while traveling. When he noticed us looking for a mirror downstairs, he brought one to our room without us asking. I’ve never had that kind of care at a hotel before. I travel a lot, and this was one of my warmest stays. Highly recommended.

I fell for the room and terrace, and the hosts were so welcoming. The hotel is really well designed, in Tbilisi’s old town, and I’d especially recommend it if you’re traveling with dogs. It may be the most dog-friendly place I’ve visited. I celebrated my birthday there with my three dogs, and had an incredible time. Finding somewhere that would let me stay with three big dogs and host a birthday dinner had been difficult. Then I saw a reel from the hotel in my feed, with lots of dogs in the photos. I messaged them on Instagram and they said my dogs could stay too. That mattered a lot because they’re my family, and I didn’t want to celebrate without them.

The location was why I picked this hotel, and it was very convenient with everything close by. What stood out even more was the caring, friendly service. The staff dealt with every request right away and were always ready to offer advice or help. I’ll stay again.

The owners made us feel at home straight away, and treated us like family throughout the stay. It’s a lovely, spacious house in a very quiet area, yet the main streets in Tbilisi are still walkable. Our bed was comfortable, the balcony was a nice size with a great view, and the facilities were clean. We’d be very happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay and would gladly do it again. Sandro was a great host, and the cosy property is well located in old Tbilisi. It was good value for money, with a nice breakfast that had both local and European options.
