The owner was nice and tried to sort things out. The women were fine and sweet, though one thin woman with black hair laughed and made fun of me. Everything had seemed okay, and I was happy with the room until a bald man appeared, acted aggressively, and pushed me back toward my room. I was wearing my inners but was fully covered.

Definitely recommend it. The room was very clean and neat, and the receptionist was awake when I called at 7 in the morning. It's close to the center, with the metro and other facilities within walking distance. The staff also offered me some cake, which was delicious.

The room itself was just okay. Although the storage had clean pillowcases, linen, and quilts, we weren't given any of them. The receptionist was extremely rude and initially wouldn't turn on the air conditioning, making lame excuses. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A clean room, a very hospitable and nice receptionist, and a great location. The metro and bus stations are accessible, and the famous mall and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away. One downside is how noisy the other guests are, especially if you book a room on floor one. Still, I'd generally recommend this hotel.

For an affordable stay, this is a good choice. Our double room cost about $30usd (Jul2024), and we booked through their whatsapp number. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean but basic, and the beds were comfy. There's also a basic shared kitchen and fridge, which was a plus for us. I'd call it a 3 star hotel, but rated it 5 because it's better than its current 1.5 rating. It's a short, cheap bolt ride to the good stuff in Tbilisi lisi.
