The team are kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere is lovely as soon as you walk in. Hotel Telegraph has an elegant but cozy feel, with design details that make the space special. It stands out in the heart of Tbilisi and leaves a great impression. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was simply WOW, and Tatuza jazz club in the hotel's basement deserves five stars of its own. The modern luxury atmosphere works nicely, even though industrial design isn't usually my thing. My room was comfortable, clean, and functional. The location comes first: right on Rustaveli ave, just minutes from Freedom square. Service was also good. We had a few minor issues during our stay, and they were handled smoothly and nicely.

The conference setup and catering worked really well for our training, and they managed to meet all our needs. My colleague and I also spent plenty of time in the courtyard late at night, chatting over drinks. Even with families around, the hotel stayed quiet. I hadn’t chosen the hotel myself; it was booked for a business trip by our sustainability-focused company. The Telegraph suited our values and Davines vision. It felt brand new and smelled fresh and clean, and I loved the design and small details. The team was welcoming from the start, with early check-in, rooms ready for us, and a welcome drink. Our room was spacious, with a tablet for communication, comfortable bedding, a good-sized bed, and quality Diptique shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand and body lotion. The view was nice, though traffic could make it a little loud at times. The pool is at the neighboring Radisson; the gym and small spa are in the hotel. I had to add a few nights because of a medical issue, and they helped me get a good deal and made the extension work. I really appreciated that. I’d come back and recommend it.
