We found the rooms comfortable and the hotel clean and pleasant. Its central location meant we could walk everywhere. The people at the entrance were especially attentive and welcoming, and we really appreciated their warmth. I'd have no hesitation staying here on a trip to Tbilisi.

The hotel's 200 year old design was really cool, and the location right by the metro worked perfectly. Egor at the front desk made my stay special. After 10 months of travel, he stands out as one of the best service workers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you!

The rooms were lovely, clean, and full of vintage character. Since we were the only guests in the hotel, they made us a wonderful breakfast. The guy at reception was incredibly polite and nice, and everyone was so friendly.

I'd book this unit again, largely because the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Their service made everything easier and really improved my stay. Breakfast was decent. The bed felt a bit old, as did some of the other amenities, and could use an upgrade. Still a worthwhile hotel in the area. Thanks!

We left a day early and got no information about a possible refund. They just directed us to their booking, which stayed silent. The location was neither especially good nor bad. The service was awful: breakfast was included, but we had to ask for basics like water, coffee, sugar, napkins, and cutlery. The service lady sat in the main room watching TV all day. The old rooms and furniture were sometimes broken, and the windows were too, so it was cold. There was no soundproofing, and we could hear every word from the neighbors through the wall.
