The location worked perfectly for my family as tourists, the food at breakfast was great, and the staff were warm and welcoming. They were very accommodating, too. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to spend time relaxing in the hotel instead of going around the city.

Our flight was delayed, so we had to cancel the booking. The manager or receptionist messaged me, called me a liar for not coming, and said other hurtful things. The delay wasn't our fault. Really unprofessional staff and a very bad experience.

The room was tidy, clean, and cozy, and breakfast was buffet style. The view is the main reason to stay here, it's amazing. The staff weren't especially helpful.
