The listed location is wrong. There isn’t a hotel at that spot; the place is actually in the old town. The correct address is Dimitri Kipiani Street 10, Mtatsminda , 0805 Tbilisi, Georgia.

We arrived in Tbilisi and found that the non-refundable room I’d booked through Booking.com had no window. I asked for a different room, but the hostel said it was full even though it was empty.
