There were bed bugs all over the bed frame in Sept 2024, along with stains from their droppings. I got 30+ bites. This was a full infestation, not just one or two bugs. Completely negligent. They refunded me right away, which was three star service, but nobody seemed concerned about the infestation.

Getting to the Marjanishvili metro station takes just a couple of minutes. The location is good, and the room is nicely designed, with its own bathroom and use of the kitchen and shared area.

The balcony stays shaded, and a big tree nearby makes the air feel cool and fresh. The staff, cleaning, location and everything else were all very good ๐

I got a warning about BedBugs from another traveller when I arrived yesterday, so I chose not to stay.

Bed bugs are present here, and apparently this has been going on for at least a month. Negligent owner.
