The room was the main drawback for us during our October 2025 stay. Bright outdoor lights on the hotel shine into the room at night and are neither dimmed nor switched off; we did ask about it. The curtains don’t properly cover the windows or block the light, so you’ll need an eye mask. Apart from that, there was a lot we loved. The hotel is beautifully presented and sits in a quieter spot on the edge of town.

Everything at the restaurant was delicious, and the area was spotless. The staff were really nice too. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful, calm setting.

Seventeen Rooms is a gorgeous boutique-style hotel right by the forest. The view from my room over a bit of nature and the pool was amazing, and the staff were lovely. The guy at the lobby was especially friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. It’s close enough to the center to walk anywhere. I absolutely loved my stay and would stay here again on a visit to Telavi. Thanks again for having me.

We had a smooth stay, with everything just as described: clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed from the start, especially by the gentleman at reception, who was friendly, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

We really enjoyed staying here as a family. The koi pond and lotus, birdsong, and fresh air made it feel lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff helped us get taxis while we visited Telavi and Tsinandali. We had the family room on the 4th floor, so keep in mind there’s no elevator.
