Green Garden Guest House

We stayed just one night in this lovely guesthouse. The hosts were welcoming and spoke perfect English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed.

The hosts welcomed us warmly with coffee and cookies. The woman of the house speaks Georgian and Russian, while her son speaks English quite well. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, which was good, though getting there means walking through the shared kitchen and dining area. That was especially annoying in the middle of the night. The bedrooms are nice, but the walls are thin. We wore earplugs because of noise from the common area and snoring in the room next door. The doors also have frosted glass windows, so hallway light comes through at night. It was decent enough for 30 GEL per person, with breakfast optional at 15 GEL per person, but next time we’re in town we’ll try somewhere else.

The rooms are large and the yard is lovely, with greenery all around. There’s a kitchen indoors and another outside. The price without booking is 50.
