Atrium Boutique Hotel

Being right in central Tbilisi made it easy for us to get around and explore. The room was really clean, and I was surprised to find a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. Their cappuccino machine was a little highlight of my trip 🤭❤️. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Booking.com and the hotel kept pointing fingers at each other, and neither helped sort this out. I changed my flight after reserving and asked the hotel to cancel for free. They agreed and said the refund would come within a few days, but it never arrived. When I followed up, the hotel said Booking.com was holding the payment and told me to contact them. Booking.com customer service said the hotel was responsible. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with all that finger-pointing and no resolution.

We were very happy with our stay, spending four nights and five days in Tbilisi. The hotel is in a great area for visiting lots of places, and the view from our nice room was good too. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff were friendly and polite. There’s a terrace on the sixth floor where you can have coffee or food and enjoy the view. Just remember to take your things with you when you finish. I really recommend this hotel.

The room temperature controls didn’t respond very well, as other reviews have mentioned. We also found the hotel not soundproof at all: noise from the hallway and outside carried into our room, though maybe being on the top floor contributed. Otherwise, it was clean and looked like the pictures, with a nice hot breakfast. Most major attractions are about a 20-minute walk away, across the river.
