We left and found somewhere better, so the stay ended before it really began. At check-in, the room wasn't what the Booking.com description had led us to expect, and the price felt far too high for it. The interior had a Soviet style. When I brought this up, the manager started yelling and swearing. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I can't recommend it. We found another hotel with clean, nicely furnished rooms and fantastic hospitality.

The location was excellent, and I felt safe and at ease in the quiet surroundings. The staff were friendly, the yard and garden were beautiful, and there were free bikes to use. It was clean and had good facilities. For what it costs, you get much more value than you'd expect. I loved everything about the hotel.

I'd never taken a solo vacation before, especially somewhere completely new to me, and Hotel Mirage made those four days the best of my life โฅ๏ธ I felt so peaceful and happy there. Maybe it was the delicious food, the lovely music, the attentive staff, or the great service, I don't know. It's such a beautiful, lovely place, and if you come to Ureki, I highly recommend Hotel Mirage ๐ฅนโฅ๏ธ

The pool right in front of the hotel was wonderful, and the beach was only three minutes away. The food was delicious, especially the kharcho soup and chicken broth, and the staff were friendly. We're so happy we booked here. Mirage gave us so many great memories and emotions, and I'm already planning my next vacation here. Madloba ๐ค
