The rooms were very clean, and Grace is a sweetheart with plenty of patience who seems to know her work. But the restaurant service and operating procedures need work. It feels like a family and friends hotel, with receptionists expected to cater as well. That service needs a dedicated professional who takes the work seriously. Policies are unclear, communication is often poor, and guests expect professional service throughout. There are better value options elsewhere, and I won't be back. The rest of the staff need professional training to keep up with hotel management.

Greetings from France. I got back to France after my stay and wanted to thank you for hosting me so well. You also helped me get to the airport when my driver didn't show up. I appreciated the comfortable room, the quiet, the good internet, the food, and the kind staff. I'd gladly stay again on my next trip to Ghana.

The hotel has been remodeled and looks beautifully done. I always choose to stay here when I return to Ghana because it's clean, hospitable, and in a great location. Breakfast is fantastic, and so is the airport transportation.

Airport pickup and drop-off were very good. The room was clean, and both the air conditioner and WiFi worked, though several bulbs were burned out. Laundry service wasn't working, but my dirty clothes came back 26 hrs later, in time for my flight.
