10/10
The rooms are roomy and well equipped, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, heaters, fridges, lockers, safes, and nicely fitted bathrooms. True Vine Hotel is easy to reach on a main neighborhood road, with businesses all around it, which also makes the area feel secure. I enjoyed staying there.

The staff have been really polite and nice. I have no complaints so far, and I’ll definitely return.

8/10
The rates are affordable, and the staff are respectful, professional, and helpful. Service is good for a three-star hotel, and the welcoming atmosphere made my stay pleasant. True Vine looks dated and could use some updating, but it’s still comfortable and well maintained. A decent option if you want helpful service without spending too much.

The grounds are kept in good shape, and True Vine Hotel has a swimming pool for adults plus a smaller one for children. They also provide excellent customer service and food delivery. You can find their website by searching for True Vine Hotel Ltd.

4/10
This place seems to be coasting on its old reputation. It felt more like a marketplace, with photographers taking pictures without asking and sellers of shoes, bags, and phone parts all over. The workers seemed to have a problem with everyone. From the driver to the waitress, they were arrogant.
