The apartment-style rooms are very spacious and reasonably well equipped, though they don’t feel like hotel rooms, so you’re more on your own. Reception isn’t staffed around the clock. There are residences nearby, and it can get a little noisy when people come and go at the start and end of the workday, and around bar and restaurant closing time. The location is good, fairly close to the CBD. It was clean and comfortable, and I’d stay again if on-site dining weren’t important.

The rooms are clean and nice enough, though the beds may feel a bit short if you’re tall. Nancy, who serves breakfast in the mornings, was the real highlight. Her hospitality is exceptional, and she always greets guests with a good morning.

There wasn’t much room to unpack our bags, and a few small things made the stay less convenient. More hangers would’ve helped too. The reception staff were nice, though.

It’s an easy walk to the harbor, with everything else we needed close by. The room was basic but clean and had what we needed for a week. We had a good stay.
